Ramiza Mohammed
Director
Since graduating with a Masters focused in HR Management and qualifying as a solicitor regulated by the Law Society, I have become an experienced senior solicitor.
I specialise in Scottish employment law and I have experience in both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters. I also specialise in Commercial Property and Commercial Dispute Resolution with a specific interest in Employment Law.
My experience of working in house in HR for large companies such as Teleperformance and Turning Point Scotland allows me to provide a unique perspective. I have experience with SSSC regulatory requirements and the balance between these and employment law.
I have hands-on experience in employment tribunals across the UK and have a keen interest for this field. My role at MM Legal is to provide quality legal advice on employment matters in a way that is convenient for our clients. Our firm utilises technology to provide clear, concise legal guidance for those who need it most.

Erika Watt
Director
Over the past 9 years, I have gained a vast experience in private client work. I cover guardianships, wills, executry, POA’s, residential conveyancing, and private client work. I enjoy working with adults with incapacity issues in order to find a resolution as soon as possible.
Before I became a solicitor in Scotland, I worked both in the NHS and private sector for 33 years. Through this, I gained experience in understanding what the older person and their families come up against. This ignited my passion for helping others.
I believe that my position at MM Legal allows me to offer expert legal advice in the most convenient way. MM Legal is a forward thinking law firm in Scotland and we aim to make you feel comfortable throughout the entire process. MM Legal are embracing WhatsApp groups and other technology to make communication between the client and the solicitor more convenient.
When I’m not working on will writing or conveyancing, I enjoy spending time with horses and dogs.

Carole Carson
Administrator
Carole joined MMLegal in July 2019. She has over 20 years of working in the Legal Sector and has a vast range of experience in conveyancing, executry and guardianship administration . Carole has quickly become the key to the smooth running of the busy MMLegal office.
Away from the office you can find Carole spending quality time with her family, running around with her Grandsons and taking her dog long walks in the countryside.

Mairi Rasuli
Conveyancing Paralegal
Mairi Rasuli joins us as a conveyancing paralegal . She has just gained her LLB and is due to start her Diploma in Legal Practice . She is an experienced conveyancing paralegal and is working towards becoming a fully qualified solicitor .
In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, going to the Gym and walking the dog .
Samantha McConnell
Solicitor
Samantha qualified in 2003. She trained in a niche corporate firm. She went on to work for Dallas McMillan Solicitors as part of their Corporate team. Samantha continued to grow her experience in Corporate and also spent some time in house with Lancaster Capital Investments Limited, an angel syndicate. Samantha comes to MM Legal with a wealth of Corporate and Commercial Experience. She assists the Commercial Director with all Commercial transactions.
