Part time or Full time Commercial and/or Residential Property Solicitor or Paralegal required for a busy Glasgow southside practice.
Part time hours 14- 21 hours per week with some hybrid working available should this be of interest.
The individual will be 1-2 years PQE or 4-5 years experience as a Paralegal and be familiar with Commercial Leases, Business Purchases and Purchasing/Selling Commercial and Residential Properties (candidate should have practical knowledge of ROS and LBTT submissions). The individual will be able to work on their own unsupervised and assist the Partner in dealing with transactions on a day-to-day basis.
Salary commensurate with experience.
