Acting for both employers and employees (in separate actions). Generally dealing with issues including appearing and dealing with Employment Tribunals. These are carried out on a time and line basis as per our Terms of Business £250.00/hour plus VAT. We will ask for two hours’ payment to account before commencing work for you.
Our Tribunal Advocacy rate is set at £500 plus VAT, and Settlement Agreement is a fixed fee of £500 plus VAT, which is usually paid by your employer. Book in with us to discuss an additional Bespoke Retainer Fee.
Some actions can be carried out on a no-win, no-fee basis. These can be discussed with our specialist solicitor.
We also offer a service where our specialist solicitor can offer ongoing advice, contract drafting and general employment law advice and assistance on a fixed fee and monthly retainer fee. These can be discussed with our specialist solicitor.
